Meeting Registration

How to Register for WRSA’s 57th Annual Meeting in Pasadena:

To register for the meeting, click on the following link to signup for a free website account that will allow you to register for the conference and submit papers.

Note that no separate dues payment is required for those registering for the conference — participants will be credited with 2018 memberships.

Registration fees for 2018 will be:

$310 U.S.        Regular WRSA Conference Registration (If paid before January 11)
$400 U.S.        Regular WRSA Conference Registration (If paid after January 11)

$525 U.S.        Combined (Member + Spouse) WRSA Conference Registration (If paid before January 11)
$705 U.S.        Combined (Member + Spouse) WRSA Conference Registration (If paid after January 11)

$150 U.S.        Student WRSA Conference Registration (If paid before January 11)
$200 U.S.        Student WRSA Conference Registration (If paid after January 11)

WRSA REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY

For any cancellations received at least two months before the meeting, WRSA will retain $50 of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received less than two months but more than three weeks before the meeting, $100 of your registration fee will be retained. For students, $25 of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations up until three weeks prior to the meeting. For any cancelled guest reception and banquet tickets, $25 will be retained for cancellations until three weeks prior to the meeting. Refund requests should be submitted to WRSA Executive Director, Rachel Franklin.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations less than three weeks before the meeting. If, however, it becomes impossible for you to attend after that deadline, you may optionally transfer your registration to an alternate participant by contacting WRSA Executive Director, Rachel Franklin.
