How to Register for the 2026 WRSA Annual Meeting in Santa Fe, New Mexico:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To register for the meeting, click on the following link to log in to your account or create a free account if you don\u2019t already have one. Once logged in, you\u2019ll be able to complete your conference registration.<\/p>\n

Please note that a separate membership dues payment is not required for conference registrants\u2014participation in the meeting includes 2026 WRSA membership.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be a $300 discount for regular participants ($180 for student participants) staying at the conference venue, the Eldorado Hotel, Santa Fe, New Mexico.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

WRSA REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

For any cancellations received at least two months before the meeting, WRSA will retain $50 of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received less than two months but more than three weeks before the meeting, $100 of your registration fee will be retained. For students, $25 of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations up until three weeks before the meeting. For any canceled guest reception and banquet tickets, $25 will be retained for cancellations until three weeks before the meeting. Refund requests should be submitted to the WRSA Executive Director, Jaewon Lim<\/a>.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations less than three weeks before the meeting. If, however, it becomes impossible for you to attend after that deadline, you may optionally transfer your registration to an alternate participant by contacting WRSA Executive Director, Jaewon Lim<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
