Call for Papers: The WRSA\u2019s 66th Meeting 2027, in Carlsbad, California<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Western Regional Science Association (WRSA) is pleased to welcome you to our 66th Annual Meeting in Carlsbad, CA (greater San Deigo Area)<\/strong>. The conference will be held Feb 14-17, 2027<\/strong>, at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only full papers (draft format acceptable) will be accepted for review by our program committee. All submissions will be reviewed and will be assigned to a discussant on the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the generous gifts from Prof. Gordon Mulligan, Prof. Arthur Getis, and many other WRSA members, WRSA will provide a Travel Grant for Graduate Students and Early-career Scholars<\/strong> (who earned a Ph.D. after 2020). The Travel Grant will partially cover Hotel Accommodation. The WRSA Program Committee will review the submitted papers by Graduate Students and Early-career Scholars (who earned a Ph.D. after 2021) and notify the selected recipients by the end of December 2026. To be considered for the travel grant, check the box labeled \u201cConsider my paper for graduate student\/early career travel grant!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> when submitting your paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All presenters are expected to discuss a paper and\/or chair a session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline for submission of full papers (draft version acceptable)<\/strong> is October 15, 2026!
